Grown in the Mantiqueira Mountains of Carmo de Minas, Brazil, Fazenda Sertão has been producing exceptional coffee for over a century. This naturally processed Red Catuai is carefully handpicked at elevations of 1,100 to 1,450 metres, resulting in a clean, sweet cup that reflects the farm's dedication to quality, sustainability, and meticulous craftsmanship.
Best enjoyed as a long black or with a splash of milk, the natural process brings a rounded sweetness that holds up beautifully both ways.
