Watermelon · Lychee · Roselle
Grown by Edison Argote and his family at Quebraditas Farm in Huila, Colombia at 1,850 metres, this Gesha undergoes an anaerobic washed process with thermal shock and carefully managed fermentation to create exceptional clarity and complexity.
Delicate floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom are complemented by vibrant notes of pineapple, strawberry and honey melon, finishing with a crisp, wine-like acidity reminiscent of a fine Riesling.
